ANOREXIA NERVOSA
Anorexia Nervosa is an eating disorder, which affects 1-2% of females and 1% of males. The cause is not fully understood but generally starts during the mid teenage years, very often with a normal diet, but over time develops into almost a starvation mentality, resulting in severe weight loss.
Symptoms of Anorexia Nervosa can include: depression, low blood pressure, an irregular heart beat, dehydration, constipation, weakness, poor concentration, dizziness, irritable mood.
